During my co-op with Battelle, I created a universal test fixture to be used for optimization tests of a drug delivery device. Certain elements of the drug delivery device are not shown due to client confidentiality. The fixture must be usable for two different design iterations, and it was adapted from a similar fixture used for a different project. My responsibilities included the following: model the fixture in SOLIDWORKS, create parts to be 3D printed, work with the supplier to order machined components, and assemble the final test fixture.
