unity:
Unity is shown by all of the lines of the pumpkin coming together and uniting at the stem.
pattern:
The repeating squares, or diamonds of the bench create a pattern that is fluent throughout the photograph. The element of the square occurs over and over again.
emphasis:
This photo demonstrates emphasis because it has a developing point of interest that pulls the viewers eyes. Viewers eyes are drawn to the grape, because it is different than the apples, and is emphasized more.
movement:
This photo displays action and directs viewer's eyes throughout the picture plane. A viewer's eyes follow the pitcher's arm.
balance:
The swings in this photo help create a sense of stability, and almost creates a line of symmetry for the photo. The blue poles help maintain the symmetry, and there are visible tree trunks on each side of the swings, which helps maintain the balance of the photo.
contrast:
The stitches of the softball on this T-shirt creates variety in this photo. The background color and the color of the stitches are opposite.
