Managed Johnson County Courthouse Capital Replacements Project with multi-phased interior finish upgrades. Researched carpet manufacturers and developed new carpet standards based upon product quality, environmental factors, and warrantee. Met with Judges and District Court Administration to present new carpet standards. Created finish upgrade package including carpet and paint for courtrooms, judges’ chambers, and jury rooms. Wrote Request for Proposal for painting package including painting specifications, AIA contract, and all supporting documentation including security access forms. Reviewed proposals and awarded bids. Processed POs and managed project documentation and filing. Communicated with all agencies involved in project including judges and supporting staff, court administration, building maintenance, contractors, vendors, and on-site Sheriff’s department. Provided direction for team member in creation of drawings. Managed and communicated updates of project budget.
