Interior design project lead for the Central Building Upgrades: Central Resource Library renovation project. Responsible for extensive move coordination including system furniture reconfigurations, freestanding furniture reconfiguration, and specialty book stack moves. Read and interpreted architectural drawings for correlation between entire furniture layout, electrical modifications, finish schedules, built-in fixtures, and mechanical work. Created furniture specifications, developed procurement documents, tracked orders, and provided oversight to installations and punch lists. Coordinated agency’s move schedule in conjunction with move projects and construction phases.
Communicated effectively and consistently between client, architects, contractors, and vendors so that all moves and installations were set and completed in tandem with the construction phases and resulting in all interiors portions being completed on schedule.
