Enduro was the result of a Live Project with Ideal Standard. An innovative and stylish mixer tap was requested in the brief.
Influenced by neo-classical columns that flair out at each end, Enduro resolutly stands in any contemporary bathroom. The tubes punched through each side forming the handles and spout makes the tap easy to understand and use. This found to be a problem with single lever taps.
I was one of 10 students selected to visit the Ideal Standard’s development factory in Rugeley and present my concept to some of the companies design and technical managers. This was a fantastic experience which really helped improve my presentation skills.
They chose a top three designs and I was ecstatic to be placed second. An achievement I am very proud of.
