I wanted to create a chair that had the ability for the seat to be detachable so it could be cleaned or easily have a new seat attached. The cantilever steel frame that is made of two separate halves (the top loop and the bottom loop) are set screwed together, and the seat easily slips off. The seat is made of corrugated plastic that is covered in felt, folded, and sewn to become a rigid seating surface.
