Adsum Restaurant - The concept is vintage academia. Colors are matched to old paper, tabletops are sourced from a NY laboratory, and old green chalkboards add color. Behind the bar, barrister bookshelves are filled with scientific glass, old books and scales. Hanging is an image from the lecture hall of Wagner Museum, circa 1890.
