This project was my Senior Thesis in which I designed a restaurant, winery and brewery. The location of my site is in Kittery Point, Maine where my Great Grandfathers hotel the Champernowne once stood. Above is a 360 degree view of the site as well as exterior elevations of the new building which characterizes the old hotel in several architectual features.
The concept of this project was to bring old with in the new. To do this I choose to incorporate the theme of the crow which represents ancestors and the void between time. Wanting to combine theme and concept I used the motif of an old dish that came from the Champernowne Hotel and fused it with the idea of the watchful crow, creating the eye of the crow a defying logo for this project.
All perspectives are hand drawn and rendered. All Floor plans in this project were created in Autodesk and rendered in CorelDRAW. All Perspectives were first created in Sketchup then customized and rendered by hand.

In Renovation and Reuse the project was to find an abandon building and recreate it into something new. I choose an old abandon life saving station off the coast of Kittery, Maine. I wanted to create the Island and building into an educational and historical facility where the community could come and learn about the ocean and its sea creatures.
Elevations created on an Auto CAD program.

The C2C project was a group project where we were to redesign our campus design building with a concept that came from book Cradle to Cradle. Everything designed was to be ADA and sustainable or green certified.
I created the Hope Globe to represent the hopes and visions of humans working together to stop global warming. This luminarie was designed to be sustainable, it was made out of glass discs and the center glass tube encases a linear light of LED modules.
In CAD Detailing and Construction, our project was to create and design a floor plan, elevations and detailed sections of a kitchen.
In CAD Detailing and Construction, another project was to design a retail space with the concept of a magical creature. I chose to design a spa and retail store, selling body products and jewelry, with the concept of mermaids.
In this Hospitality Design Studio project I was to create and design an eco- destination, boutique hotel. The decided location of my hotel was in Lovina, Bali Indonesia, where it resided on an organic farm which overlooked the ocean and rice paddies.
The hotel's lobby was to create a cultural atmosphere by providing a local farmers market with in its space.
The hotel's restaurant was designed to have indoor and outdoor dinning space all in which is ADA.
These perspectives were hand drawn and rendered.
In this Commercial Design Studio project we were to design a kiosk which would sell a product of our choice. I chose to sell my own hand crafted jewelry. The concept of the Kiosk came from a tulip, because of its elegant shape and natural beauty which coincides with my jewelry.
This was another Commercial Design project where I was to design a retail store. I chose to sell hand blown glassware and to have the factory onsite. The perspectives were hand drawn and rendered.
Elevations and floor plans were created in a CAD program and then hand rendered.
Office Design studio project was to redesign the Supreme Court Chief Justice's Office. The floor plan and elevation are hand drafted and rendered.
