Renaissance Depot Hotel Expansion (WIP)
The renovation of The Depot Renaissance Hotel includes the demolition of the water park, making room for an additional 110 guest rooms, a fitness center and indoor pool. The project also includes adding a floor—making it a total of six floors and 314 rooms.
