'Monroe Manor is a CBRF state licensed assisted living retirement home featuring world-class Alzheimer's care. ' The goal of this project was to not only expand the number of beds available, but to improve upon and provide a more diverse selection of activity and gathering spaces. New spaces take advantage of the view of the creek passing along the back side of the property with patios and community spaces looking out over the creek.
