Fleming Hall Renovation

FLEMING HALL - RENOVATION UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN - STOUT MENOMONIE, WISCONSIN CONSTRUCTION: 2012

This project renovated the entire 40,000 sf residence hall. This renovation included a complete infrastructure replacement, installation of a new fire suppression system, the addition of an elevator tower, and a restroom expansion. The interior spaces were provided with all new finishes and a programmatic remodel of the basement creating large study and recreational spaces. New curtain wall and metal panel details were added to all four facades to improve daylight and give the building a contemporary look. This is one of several phases in the University's long range plan to renovate all residence halls on campus.

This Project was complete while at Lien & Peterson Architects, Inc.
