CHIPPEWA VALLEY HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION EAU CLAIRE, WISCONSIN COMPLETED: 2007
This new 12,000sf building was designed to serve as the new headquarters of the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association. This two-story wood framed building consists of four office suites with a “walk-out” lower level. The two-story entry at the lower level casts large amounts of natural light into the corridor and onto the open stair that brings people to the upper level. The equally dramatic upper-level entrance compliments this with an entry tower and clerestory windows. Users share a conference room, accented with a gas fireplace, custom cabinetry and the latest in conference room technology on the upper-level.
