Persona-based Scenarios for CMS - Part of our process for the McGraw-Hill application included defining personas, and then documenting scenarios around certain functions. Our aim was to help convey the user experience, prior to documenting the use cases in detail. We wanted to ensure the experience we were defining was solid and accurate.
