This contest was to design a tour poster for Chris Cornell's upcoming performance at Carnegie Hall in New York in support of his new release, Songbook. Since this was an acoustic album, I felt a simple amplifier and minimum copy was what was needed. ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR

The challenge of this contest was to design a US Tour poster for pop-noir band The Good Natured. Be inspired by song titles such as "Skeleton," "Your Body is a Machine" and "Prisoner" from the mini-album Skeleton to create a sexy piece of poster art that would hang in a gallery or hip club. For this version, I chose "Prisoner", and represented it with handcuffs behind the minimal copy. The print is meant to be a matte finish with the handcuffs being a spot gloss. ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR

This contest challenge was to design a poster for The Shins' tour in support of their upcoming album "Port Of Morrow." Because of the title of the album, I went with a sea theme and because of some of their videos, decided to add humor to it as well with the whale. ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR

Design a poster for Capitol/Kite Records singer/songwriter Susan Justice inspired by the lyrics of "Eat Dirt." For this design contest, I Chose one of the eleven lines provided from the song "Eat Dirt" and create my own unique, emotionally resonant artwork inspired by what that line means to me. I chose the line, "I won't let my years go to waste living in a cage, this prodigal child will always stray". I wanted a vintage look for the cage, and decided to use the last word in the line to create the bird's wings. ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR
