OXO approached Continuum with the challenge of designing a unique utensil holder that provided recognizable benefits to the user, yet not be too far a departure from what is familiar. After researching consumers in their homes and observing how they used their products, the answers were clear. I incorporated those solutions into an embodiment that is a metaphor to other familiar objects of beauty.
