Capstone Project
Capstone Project - This is the capstone project I did to complete my two years of graduate study. For this project, I helped Philips Healthcare Heartstream, where I did my internship, to improve its intranet against employee and business needs. Responsible for driving the project from beginning to end, I led the way to gather user (employees) needs requirements by conducting surveying and interviewing, proposing new content, and rebuilding content structure and navigation scheme. I also designed wireframes and worked with the development personnel to deliver prototype in order to inform user interactions. Usability testing was also carried out to assess user experience on the design.
