In 2016-17 I project-managed updates to the Micole Birdwalk at the Chicago Academy of Sciences / Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. These updates included improved and expanded sustainability content with an emphasis on energy production and use. The project included new wayfinding signage inside the museum to help guide visitors to the out-of-the-way birdwalk.

I contracted and managed an external content developer, a graphic designer, and a production house to develop, design, and produce new signage that matched existing conditions.

In-house evaluation demonstrated that the new material successfully blended in with existing signage and that some visitors left with sustainability actions in mind.
