Target audience: Small independently owned restaurants who are not yet DoorDash Partners. They already offer takeout and have a loyal following of core customers, but are skeptical of new technology. They rely on Facebook and often do not have a website. They will reach this landing page after clicking on an ad on Facebook.
Business goals: Aim to increase the number of small, independently run restaurants offered on DoorDash.
Copywriting strategy: In brand voice, write reassuring, casual but professional copy convincing restaurant owners to sign up and become a partner. Choose language that’s proven to resonate with their target audience. List benefits in a compelling way then show how easy it is to get started. The secondary goal was to get them to talk to an expert before leaving the page without signing up. To do this, there is a clear CTA to contact DoorDash 24/7 with questions.
