After watching New York Fashion week unfold I would have a long conversation with a friend about the colors black and white and their place in the fashion industry. Our long winded rant would go on to inspire me to write out our thoughts, and compose them it into a full spread magazine article for fun. When selecting Fonts for the header I wanted to use fonts that would represent the topic of the article by being classic like the two colors. I also wanted to play with the text its self so I chose an image of a model in an obscure pose in which I could position the text around. I then made adjustments to the image to bring out better values of black, white, and grey which helped blend the image with the text making it easy on the reader’s eye.
