ILIFT stands for I Love Intense Fitness Training. Also, it's like saying "I lift!"
This is the ILIFT logo. The logo is inspired by the shape of an arm flexing, kind of like how Nike's logo is a simple symbol for a wing! The logo is also inspired by a lightning bolt for energy, power and speed, as well as electricity since I am in electrical engineering!
