This was a final project for our Design Technology Portfolio Preparation class. We were to design something that would be a challenge for us both conceptually and design wise. I chose to reverse engineer this Graco Airless sprayer in Inventor as it is one of the many pieces of equipment that I use frequently in my profession. Not being able to take it apart made the design process very difficult. Planar angles and locations for fasteners and tangent surfaces and proper fillet sizes was stressful at least. It was a fun project overall, though not to specific scale or exact design, I am happy with what I was able to produce in the time that I had and with the measurement equipment that I had access to.
