Approach- Waiting Area System - This project was done in conjunction with Herman Miller and SJSU ID. We were very fourtunate to be granted access to ethnographic research done especially for the Future of work and work spaces. My project focused on the "3rd Office" phenomenon, where travel spaces are becoming the new office.

Janus- Resource Awareness System
Roccia- Accessible garden tools - To design a family of garden tools, including the cultivator, hoe, spade and a fourth tool. Keeping in mind that these tools will be designed for a specific user group chosen before design work begins. I choose to research and design for a user who suffers from Arthritis, so hand grip, ground impact and surface details were important.
Oculus- Lounge chair - Oculus is the lounge chair that can be used by one or two people. Together, both chairs create a "pod" like lounge for one person. Apart, the two chairs create seating for two people.
Sentasi- Cordless phone - Sentasi is the cordless phone for the modern European market, keeping with fundamental design characteristics of multiple regions in Europe. Discrete details and clean formal language makes Sentasi a unique phone.
Rollie - MP3 player - In designing this MP3 player, I wanted to take the essential keys that make the Rollei flex camera a successful design and apply them. The unique look of the camera lends hand to the unique function that it has. Within the design of this MP3 player I wanted the same appeal.
Lit- Chair - Developing an environmentally friendly chair was my personal goal for this project. The resulting product is the Lit waiting room chair. Using hemp as the front legs and main support, as well as hemp canvass as the seating area. Driven by material choice and Mother Nature.
