Portable Hand-Crafted Drawing Table
Portable, Hand-Crafted, Drawing Table - This is my response to a professor asking me to design and build a portable drawing table for myself. My inspiration was an old-school surfboard constructed from laminating pieces of wood together followed by some shaping. Also, surfers usually carry their boards under their arms. Constructed of laminated pieces of wood with a frosted Plexi-glass insert, it is a strong, durable piece and allows for a light-box effect for tracing or overlay.
