All form concepts done in Solidworks and shown w/ rapid prototype 1/2 scale models in order to meet acceleration time lines.

Padding design (CMF).
Plastic part design w/engineering assistance.
Full drawing pack for vendor.
Day to day development for all parts with Asian manufacturing. This helmet was the first helmet at this price point to require a collapsible core tool. Worked with vendor ensured the the margins did not slip due to over complicated tooling solutions.
