Las Dunas

I collaged all of my previous models into a new model that represented the special qualities of suffocation and layering that I wanted to achieve with my intervention in the site based on my observations and diagrams. Using the spacial qualities demonstrated in my model, I moved back to two-dimensions. I collaged pictures from the site with pictures i had taken over the coarse of the trip to create specific moments inside the space. The point of this project was not to have concrete plans and sections for the final review but an apparent attitude toward the site demonstrated through my moments. Once I had clearly created a relationship between my intervention and the ruins of the site, I sketched ideas as to what these moments would look like at a different scale almost to the point of plans and sections.
