Through interviews, rescuers elaborated on worst case scenarios that made searches impossible. It was found that Sixth Sense technology developed by Pranav Mistry, an MIT Grad student was ideal for this application. The final design is a durable and compact device enabling rescuers to cope with their harsh environment and expand their abilities to bring more people home safely.
