Design of an innovative Insulin Delivery System that automates the insulin diffusion into the diabetic patient as per the current need of the body. The system continuously monitors the blood glucose levels, delivers insulin and alarms in case of drastic fluctuations, simultaneously without frequent human intervention.
The system is rendered pain-free with the help of a micro-needle array.
With the help of ‘Internet of Things’, the data generated helps in monitoring diabetes of an individual patient, families with diabetic history, states and countries as well facilitating adequate actions to address the needs.
