Child Healthcare Records
A minimalistic but systematic approach towards recording the vaccinations administered to the child and the mother along with other medical findings.
Salient features:
One A3 size sheet folded to function as a booklet, reducing the cost to less than US$ 0.082 per record.
Every mother will be given a unique identity code. This code will communicate the
country, area code and the number of pregnancy as well. This code shall be clubbed with the ‘Aadhaar card’ (Indian equivalent to the USA’s social security card).
The data collected from these records will help the nation and other international
organizations to channelize medical facilities.
Use of icons to communicate and address to the illiterate as well.
