Wallzaz an US based business offers home décor items like wallpapers, decals, etc. which could be customized online. Wallzaz offers its customers to choose the material on which they want the art and add images from customers’ computers as well as Facebook or Instagram accounts.
This eCommerce product customization website was built in Magento. It involved two distinct phases a) capturing images from Facebook and Instagram in the website b) creating or customizing images within the website apart from regular eCommerce features.
Full customization options were developed in the website with all image editing functionalities added to it. Thus a customer could fetch an image of his choice from his social accounts or upload one from his computer and go on to edit it before purchasing online.
The design and user interface was made conversion centric. Customers see options to get started with designing their wall prints without having to scroll once they visit the site.
