Field Defectives Inspection Automation
The defectives inspection was a process with a cycle time of 45 days and completely manual right from the planning of inspection to the receipt of defectives at the warehouse. I worked with an external agency and our IT team to fully automate this process and integrate the output to our ERP.
The project led to direct savings of $ 200,000 approx. per year and 70% faster TAT for customer
