• Defining project scope and developing a plan with clearly defined deliverables
• Delivering multiple projects per month on scope, time and under budget
• Illustrating project plan though visual communications - gautt chart and preliminary concept sketches
• Managing multiple projects at various phases
• Adept with concise communications between various levels of stakeholders, clients and third parties.
• Estimating and purchasing of all materials and components
• Change Management – implementing the approved changes
• Proactively looking for process improvements for quality improvement and cost savings
• Design and drafting custom solutions
• Audit and monitor junior designers and assist all team members through troubleshooting challenges
• Working directly with production leads to ensure theoretical design match practical fabrication practices
• Ensure production schedule are met, milestone tracking
• Best suited at taking the necessary action at the most critical moments
• Developing a server based centralized filing system for organizing, documenting current and archiving completed projects for future reference and lessons learned
• Field surveying and collecting necessary information
• Input routing data and purchase orders though Production Control Office (PCO) tracking software
