We’re seeking a Creative Client Manager who will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring projects align with client goals, and coordinating with our creative team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they stay informed and confident in our work.
- Collaborate with the creative and development teams to align projects with client expectations.
- Coordinate and oversee the flow of project tasks, keeping timelines and budgets in check.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to ensure that client needs are creatively met and exceeded.
- Manage client feedback, ensuring it’s incorporated in a way that enhances the project while maintaining creative integrity.
- Proactively address any client concerns and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in client services, account management, or project management in a creative or digital environment.
- A passion for both creativity and client satisfaction—you should be excited about bringing creative visions to life.
- Strong communication skills—you’ll be the go-to person for clients and the internal creative team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, staying organized and proactive in meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Shopify or digital projects is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable.
