Job Description

Our team is looking for a full-time Senior Designer who will part of the CoLab Design Studio practice in influencing various creative environments, such as products and brand visual identities. We’re looking for a flawless designer who is a passionate creative with a sharp-strategic mindset; able to translate a wide range of complex briefs into creative that intrigues and inspires both peers and clients. Someone who values speed and quality, never sacrificing one for the other.

Responsibilities
• Concept and creation of strategic experiential elements for global, regional and local pitches and programs
• Assist in building and implementing new approaches to design work
• Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines
• Maintain the client graphic aesthetic and quality
• Manage & execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines
• Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned

Qualifications
• +5 years of design experience (agency experience is preferred)
• 4-year degree (fine or graphic arts degree a plus)
• Portfolio that shows off excellent presentation work or layout design
• Expert skills in PowerPoint
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skill
• Able to easily liaise with people outside the design team & create work based on a verbal or written brief
• Self-starter and well-organized
• Positive Attitude; receptive to creative direction and design feedback
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Branding and logo design experience
• Proficiency with video editing and/or animation is a plus
