Job Description
ONE Creator Lab is The One Club for Creativity"s 16-week hybrid learning program that trains creators how to work on creative teams at agencies and brands. The Lab partners with the world’s leading media platforms, and creative teams at brands and agencies to upskill and launch diverse content creator talent.
The program manager will run the day-to-day operations of the school to ensure that it delivers transformative learning experiences for creator students, and our brand and agency partners.
Daily responsibilities include
• Working closely with the heads of The Lab to lead the strategic execution of the program
• Communicating with Creators & Partners to answer their questions / resolve issues
• Managing the schedules / calendars of all cohorts and programming
• Leading the application and enrollment process
• Running the day-to-day operations of the cohorts
• Meeting with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials
• Collaborating with partners and overall industry for graduate placement
• Coordinating the curriculum / class materials using an advanced learning management system along with shared documents
• Developing creative industry network for recruiting instructors and other partners
• Managing online class sessions two nights each week
• Maintaining the ONE Creator Lab website to keep crucial information current
• Directing graduation events
Requirements
• A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant administrative or project management experience in a professional setting.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of recruiter / placement experience
• Knowledge if the advertising industry
• Proficient in setting up and managing Zoom Sessions and Webinars
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Google suite, Excel, and Slack
• LMS knowledge and experience is a plus
• A passion for education and creating opportunities for a diverse range of talent
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written/oral communication skills
• A sharp eye for detail
• Strategic problem-solving skills
• Self-starter and problem-solving skills
• Able to work from our Manhattan New York office 3 days a week
