Job Description
Job Summary.
We are looking for a design-minded, energetic self-starter with the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or a related discipline and at least two years of experience in the architecture and design industry or related field. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly creative environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent graphic design skills, and substantial experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
Knowledge of image management systems (e.g., OpenAsset), social media management platforms (e.g., Zoho), and website CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco) are preferred. The candidate will also have the curiosity and drive to continually improve processes and the ability to consistently meet deadlines and work efficiently in an organized manner on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Candidates must have 2 years of Graphic Design experience post college graduation.
Job Responsibilities.
Responsibilities for this marketing role will include preparing proposals in response to RFPs for new projects; creating materials for pursuit initiatives and presentations; leading our awards submission program; managing our digital asset management program (OpenAsset); maintaining identity standards; managing production and coordination of print materials and related vendor relationships; maintaining our company website; coordinating social media content creation; assisting with public relations, sponsorship, and advertising efforts; coordinating photography/videography shoots; assisting with CRM and marketing database maintenance and reporting; and other tasks.
This is a hybrid position that requires working 3 days in our Minneapolis, MN office.
