Job Description

Snap-on Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated, talented Industrial Designer to join us at our world headquarters in Kenosha, WI. The Ideal candidate has demonstrable knowledge within all stages of the design process. Responsibilities will include supporting Industrial Design and Engineering, as well as conducting user research.

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design with 0-2 years of professional experience.
- A design portfolio must be submitted for consideration.

ATTRIBUTES
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and able to work within cross-functional teams
• Basic Knowledge of ethnographic research practices

Technical
• 3D modeling proficiency; Solidworks or Fusion360 preferred
• 2D sketching / rendering proficiency; Adobe Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
• 3D rendering proficiency; Keyshot preferred
• Demonstrates a basic knowledge of UI/UX development
• Foundational knowledge of engineering and manufacturing practices
