Job Description

This is a pivotal position in a company that has a track record of integrating industrial design into all our products, based on a corporate culture of listening to and observing our stakeholder and customers and then using human centered design to shape the useability, customer appeal and brand values into those products working closely with our marketing leaders.

As a reflection of the way design is valued at Neptune this position reports to the CEO.

As a company we have built a stable of world class designers and creative partners who work closely with our teams both in Robotics and GI Pathfinder product families. This role is to lead our ID and UX design to ensure these design disciplines gets incorporated into relevant projects and to manage, optimize and grow new partner relationships as well as being an individual ID/UX contributor providing some design services across a variety of creative disciplines. The company is at a genuinely exciting threshold as we begin the design of our commercial products that are truly going to revolutionize flexible endoscopy. Many creative services are needed to support the teams and the ideal candidate will grow their skills and responsibilities as the company grows. Our VP of Industrial Design and UX Research is retiring at the end of 2024 and will work closely with the successful candidate to ensure a smooth transition.
