Job Summary
The designer is responsible for assisting in designing and developing design collections and private labels for products in the soft home category. This position requires collaboration and coordination with merchandising, sales, and production internal teams.
Design categories include bedding, sheeting, bath towels, bath rugs, shower curtains, blankets, throws, and decorative pillows.
We are seeking candidates who have a keen eye for print, color, and trends! Candidates should be creative and capable of developing and communicating designs and corrections to factories abroad. An ideal candidate should also be highly organized and capable of working quickly and precisely.

Required Skills
3+ years of design experience
Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
Ability to make repeat prints and graphics in Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to create tech packs and factory-ready artwork
Demonstrates understanding of technical construction of bedding and bath products
Strong follow up skills
Ability to communicate clearly with factories and cross-functional partners
Strong presentation skills
Ability to create presentation materials, including bedding/bath renderings, CAD boards, and prints to show customers
Highly organized
Able to manage working in a demanding environment and multi-task
