I provided leadership in systemwide strategy and implementation for development and rollout of our interactive online physician database following the departure of our department director.
In this project, I worked with leaders throughout the enterprise to develop project specifications and quality assurance processes; interfaced with third-party vendors to manage project requirements, design, delivery and maintenance and developed training protocol for content contributors to ensure data is updated consistently and accurately.
This project involved working with leadership throughout the 30 hospitals, legal counsel, credentialing and marketing to bring the project to fruition and deliver a product that can be scaled to each facility, practice and physician.
The online physician directory interfaces with My Health Online, our online patient portal from which patients may make appointments, review lab results and request prescription refills.
