The camera settings I used were f/4.8, 1/30 s, ISO 200, with an 18-200@40 mm lens.
In photoshop I upped the brightness and contrast, then used the black and white image adjustment. I used the burn and dodge tool as well to create even more contrast. I used the grain filter to give the photo and older, textured feel.
