UX/User Interface - E-commerce 'Stock/Inventory Management' Module
Zepo is a DIY e-commerce platform. The above screens showcase the 'Stock/Inventory Management' Module that was designed for users where they can check their orders that they have received, dispatched, cancelled, delivered and take action on respective orders.
User research was conducted to pin-point the problems that the users faced while using the old version via one-one interviews/remote usability testing before creating features for the new module.
