Digital Pen - This pen allows you to digitally record your writing and drawing,
without the need for special paper or any bulky hardware.

From here the cap observes the position of the pen and the pressure of its stroke.
The pen emits an infrared signal from near its tip when writing.
The cap watches this tip with its two flat fresnel lenses, and locates it through triangulation.
