Lumo Lighting for Koizumi - Lumo is an incredibly thin light emitting textile that uses advances in LEDs and leverages traditional materials to reinterpret the way we light our spaces.
It is a light panel that uses LED strip lighting as the light source sandwiched between a diffusor made from embossed paperesqe material. The textured membrane embueds functionality as well as a reference to nature, juxtaposing to the refinement of technological development taken centuries to mature.
