Dexter Russell is the largest manufacturer of professional cutlery in the United States. In order to reach culinary students, a critical market to ensure the continuity of this almost 200 year old company, Dexter Russell, with Access’ help, launched a state-of-the art, mobile cutlery education center designed to teach culinary students what goes into the making of a good knife and why it is important to have quality kitchen tools. The 30’ motor home travels cross country, providing an experiential learning environment that incorporates the use of QR codes for the students to continue their education.
