This Cipher work was undertaken from London in collaboration with CipherHQ based in HK.
This was a really cool project for me on a few levels as the opportunity came about through Coroflot, the design aesthetic of the brand felt like a natural extension of myself, and the MD and founder of the brand and i (at the time Collin Thompson) shared a few things in common.
My input was initially to design and develop the AW11' collection, which was assembled in China and have premium leathers sourced from Europe.
This AW11 line ended up being sold in stores such as Harvey Nichols (I had the privilege of trying them on instore) and Autograph in London, Lane Crawford in Hong Kong and sold through their online store.
Ownership of the brand changed hands yet a couple of my designs not only have lived on but been upgraded! The Radial, Sentient, and Parallax are now completely manufactured in Italy, sold in legendary stores like KITH and worn by celebreties like BlackThought of the Roots.
