It was only fitting to create a new interior for ProStar that matched the design and image of the leading-edge and contemporary exterior. The design team leveraged the NGV product foundation and added all new interior trim including the cock-pit and sleeper environments. Working with Ergonomics, color and material design, materials engineering, and mechanical and electrical engineers, we created a great place to live and work. We also leveraged the design practices pioneered by the Integrated Product Development Staff and students at Carnegie Mellon University to create some of the initial concepts of the sleeper interior; most of which were saved for and embellished during the development of the top of the line LoneStar vehicle.
