Berklee College of Music Strategy Wheel - This wheel was handed out to participants in the Berklee Strategic Direction initiative. The goal was to take potentially dry, academic information and make it engaging and memorable.
The wheel utilized three level of information: Choose one of five major initiatives, the area within the college that this initiative fell into, then how this initiative would be executed.
