The Tau Center puts a contemporary spin on traditional spiritual principles from around the world. Inspired by St. Francis of Assisi, the Center provides a peaceful and reflective space for people seeking a deeper relationship with God, themselves and the people and environment around them. The redesigned identity for the Tau Center is based around the Tau Cross, worn often by Franciscan friars, and combined it with a mandala-like shape to symbolize the merging of eastern and western spiritual philosophies. The mark also symbolizes both a sun as well as a flower, which symbolizes life, growth and energy. The warm, welcoming website was created to expand the reach of the spirituality center to a younger, and less denominational target audience. The Tau Center uses the website to advertise and provide online registration for their large variety of programs as well as rental of their facilities.
