Wonderpass is an overarching digital ecosystem with products targeted at specific demographics, all around smart ticketing and digitalizing experiences in Cambodia, owned by Haystack Asia.
LIVE. is the Wonderpass solution focused on events, venues and attractions. Buy digital tickets; manage families or groups in one account; access events and pay cashless; and other unique features seen for the first time in Cambodia.
Cambodia is at a prime economic moment, with a generation of educated, modern Millennials and GenZs entering the workforce and cementing a middle class. There is demand and opportunity for digital-first products and experiences.
My specific role in the Wonderpass project and its products has been broad in terms of design; going from as in depth as UI design of icons and buttons, to as broad as business strategy. The logos, branding, mobile apps and websites are primarily my work, and I lead a creative team that developed them further.
At Haystack Asia, I led UX/UI design from 2020 to 2022, establishing workflows and processes. My favorite part of the process is taking one step back before the digital product, and ask WHY?
LIVE. has been Wonderpass' most successful product to date, while others are still in progress. LIVE. has emerged in the post-pandemic entertainment scene as a before-and-after in terms of ease of use and digital experiences for the vibrant, young Cambodian public.
