When I arrived at Go Ahead Tours, the company's blog, "destination: go" was being used primarily as a sales tool. I convinced my Creative Director that we needed to change direction and use the blog to bolster the brand rather than drive bookings. Today, destination: go works hand-in-glove with Go Ahead's Facebook page as a primary driver of customer interaction. Content ranges from photography tips to travelers' stories to in-depth looks at various aspects of world culture.
